Mr. Smith has investigated crashes involving passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, buses, motorcycles, and pedestrians. Mr. Smith is proficient in scene and vehicle inspections, evidence documentation and preservation, and has conducted instrumented vehicle testing of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles.
